Legal fees

We always agree on our fee with the client before we begin providing legal services, in order to ensure full transparency.

The fee depends mainly on the complexity of the matter and the client’s specific needs. It can be arranged as an hourly fee (CZK 3,000 – 5,000/hour), a fixed fee (particularly for the preparation of real estate contract documentation), a fee per legal act, or as a success fee based on the amount recovered.

We also offer special packages for real estate agencies, starting at CZK 9,000 (+ VAT, if applicable) for the preparation of contractual documentation relating to real estate transfers.

If no other fee has been agreed with the client, the amount of the fee is determined according to Decree No. 177/1996 Coll. of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic (the Attorney Tariff).

We are VAT payers.
