Galibier Capital Inc.
In the Czech Republic, investors were offered the possibility to invest in Galibier Capital Inc. This investment was typically promoted by investment advisors with experience from Swiss Life. While some clients historically received partial repayments of their investments, since 2021 none of our clients have received any voluntary repayments. We are therefore forming a creditors’ group of clients whose claims we are pursuing against Galibier Capital Inc., including small investors with lower invested amounts. We believe that the pressure of a larger group of creditors will help facilitate the repayment of investments.
Galibier fails to pay promised returns and refund invested funds
Galibier continues to withhold the promised returns from clients and does not return the invested funds.
Financial advisors continue to spread unsubstantiated information about a supposed “hacker attack” and a planned “compensation mechanism.”
