ThomasLloyd has failed to make payments to its investors. Many of these payments have been overdue since at least 2020.
The creditors’ group brings together holders of various investments that ThomasLloyd offered to Czech investors. These include, in particular, bonds issued by ThomasLloyd Cleantech Infrastructure (Czech) a.s., ThomasLloyd Cleantech Infrastructure (Liechtenstein) AG, and shares in German limited partnerships of ThomasLloyd.
Our goal is to expand the group as much as possible, so that Czech investors are not treated by ThomasLloyd as second-class, and to increase the pressure on ThomasLloyd to fulfill its obligations towards our clients.
To strengthen the position of ThomasLloyd investors, it is advantageous to act collectively as a group, since it is clear that ThomasLloyd has been ignoring individuals over the long term.

Czech and liechtenstein bonds
ThomasLloyd has failed to pay coupon payments on its bonds. Clients who requested early repayment of the bond principal in accordance with the terms of issue have not had their principal returned. At the same time, clients have not received adequate justification for why their legitimate requests were rejected.
Clients also lack transparency regarding the company’s financial management — we have therefore called on ThomasLloyd to comply with its statutory obligations and file its financial statements, reports on related-party transactions, and auditor’s reports for 2021 and 2022 with the Commercial Register.
The response we received was a statement that ThomasLloyd is currently unable to provide this information.
